Survival Tactic needed which some people think it's simply but, it's not when it's rainning

Okay! I know you guys are saying: W T F is this about. If the day comes when need to know
what to have in case of an Emergency and, you got run to the hills or away from the hills you might
wanna build a fire you know for warming water, or cooking, maybe even to stay Warm if it's cold
and No Blankets or not enough to keep everybody warm then you need a Fire method in the Rain.

Now! if your house burns down and, family is really nowhere to be found or just to far away from
where you are then here is some GOOD Information on what should protect at all times.
